We're using licensed enterprise models from Azure OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic Claude). These models are pre-trained and operate strictly in inference mode - your data is never used to adapt or retrain any model.
The AI consumes structured treasury datasets. Data is retrieved from client-specific repositories to generate insights, narratives, and visualizations tailored to treasury use cases.
No. Client data is never used to train, fine-tune, or adapt our AI models. All models used are pre-trained and secured within our environment, and operate strictly in read-only inference mode. Your data is never shared across clients or reused in future tasks.
Our AI infrastructure is regionally deployed to meet data sovereignty requirements:
- EMEA clients: AI processing occurs within EU-based infrastructure
- North America clients: AI processing occurs within US-based infrastructure
- APAC and other regions: AI processing currently routes to US-based infrastructure
All AI compute infrastructure is hosted within our enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure environment, with tasks executed in executed in centrally managed and isolated compute environments, ensuring:
- Consistent behavior and performance
- Uniform enforecement of privacy and security controls
- Controlled, auditable release of AI capabilities
Your data at rest is always stored in your selected Azure region, encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
For EMEA and North America clients:
Both your permanent data and AI processing remain within your geographic region, providing complete regional data sovereignty.
For APAC and other regional clients:
Your permanent data remains stored exclusively within your selected region. When using AI features, prompts are securely transmitted to our US-based AI infrastructure where they are:
- Processed in-memory only (no disk persistence)
- Held only during active processing
- Automatically purged upon task completion
All data is encrypted in transit, and no prompts, outputs, or client data are retained or reused for model training once processing is complete.
